1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using conwayconnects.com (the "Site"), booking a free credit audit, or engaging Conway Connects ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Site. Additional terms may apply to paid service engagements and will be provided in a separate written service agreement as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
2. CROA Required Disclosures
The following disclosures are required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679:
Your Legal Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the assistance of a credit repair organization, at no charge, by contacting the credit bureaus directly at annualcreditreport.com.
- Conway Connects cannot perform any service that you could not legally perform yourself.
- You have the right to cancel your service agreement with Conway Connects within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation. Cancellation must be made in writing.
- Conway Connects may not charge or receive any money from you before fully performing each service it has agreed to perform. All fees are charged only after services are rendered, as specified in your written service agreement.
- It is illegal under federal and some state laws to misrepresent your identity or create a false credit profile. Conway Connects does not engage in or assist with such practices.
Any paid credit repair services provided by Conway Connects will be governed by a separate written contract that includes all disclosures required by CROA, including your three-day right to cancel.
3. Description of Services
Conway Connects provides the following services:
- Credit Repair Services — Identification and dispute of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items on your credit report with Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and secondary consumer reporting agencies including LexisNexis, Early Warning Services, ChexSystems, and Innovis, pursuant to your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Business Funding Strategy — Consultation and guidance on personal and business funding sequences, business credit profile development, and access to our lender network to help business owners access capital.
- Free Credit Audit — A complimentary 15-minute consultation to review your credit profile and identify opportunities for improvement. This consultation does not constitute a paid service agreement.
Paid services are provided under a separate written service agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service agreement or guarantee of results.
4. Free Credit Audit
The free credit audit offered on this Site is a no-obligation, complimentary consultation. By booking an audit:
- You agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone)
- You understand the consultation is for informational and evaluation purposes only
- You are not entering into a paid service agreement by booking a free audit
- You may be contacted by Conway Connects with follow-up information about our services
- No fee will be charged for the free audit under any circumstances
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or engage our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Our services are available to US residents only.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this Site or our services to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Misrepresent your identity or create a false credit profile (including "file segregation" schemes) — which is illegal under federal law
- Provide false or misleading information during a consultation or service engagement
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Use the Site for any fraudulent purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm Conway Connects employees, contractors, or other users
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and page designs — is the property of Conway Connects or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted.
The "Conway Connects" name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Conway Connects. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
8. Disclaimers and Results Disclosure
Conway Connects provides credit repair and business funding strategy services in good faith under applicable law. However:
- No guarantee of specific results. Credit score improvements depend on your individual credit profile, the accuracy of disputed items, and the response of credit bureaus and creditors. We cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item or a specific score improvement.
- Results vary. Client testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences. Your results may differ significantly.
- Not legal or financial advice. Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or credit advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
- No warranty. This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate credit report information yourself at no cost via annualcreditreport.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conway Connects and its founder, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Conway Connects in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conway Connects, its founder, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of this Site or our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any false or inaccurate information you provide to us.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
This Site contains links to third-party websites and uses third-party services including CreditCoach.Club, Go High Level, and Google. These are provided for convenience only.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Conway Connects operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Federal law, including FCRA and CROA, applies where applicable.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.
Your continued use of this Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
